How is my capital protected when I lend privately?
Private lending positions are secured by physical real estate. Loans are documented with promissory notes and recorded deeds of trust against the underlying property.
Can I use a 1031 exchange or self-directed IRA to invest?
Yes. We regularly structure partnerships to accept 1031-exchange proceeds and self-directed IRA / solo 401(k) capital so investors can defer capital gains and grow tax-advantaged.
