Fix-and-flip is our bread and butter. We've been doing it since 2006 and we're very good at it. We specialize in identifying discounted "fixer uppers," renovating them strategically, and selling for strong profits — all within 12 months or less.
Our partners earn returns of 12–28% per project. You can participate as a lender (fixed return secured by the asset) or as an equity partner (profit share upon sale).
