Our Story
We've been investing in real estate for over 19 years, purchasing more than 500 homes along the way. We specialize in "fixer uppers" and long-term rentals, and we've made a lot of our partners a lot of money.
We have primarily focused on buying and selling single-family homes, but we also invest in long-term rental properties with credit partners, manage our own rental portfolio, and invest in new construction single and multi-family homes.
